Following from singles ‘God Kings’ and ‘Deathbot’, eclectic Sydney four-piece Pretend Eye bring noise and feels with their latest dark calypso jam titled ‘Exile Island’.

Mixed by Oliver Holyoake (The Faults) and mastered by Mikey Young (Eddie Current Suppression Ring), the track is a poppy psych-rock excursion with lashings of saxophone.

Consisting of members from Sydney outfits Food Court, Raise the Crazy and Teenage Horse, Pretend Eye are Adam Campano (Bass), James Findlay (vox, sax and keys), Lewis McKeown (vox and drums) and Luke Mitchell (vox and guitar).

Pretend Eye are in the process of recording and mixing a double album due for release in late 2019.
